The program provides structured learning, mentorship and hands-on experience to prepare graduates for future professional and leadership roles within the organisation.
Fields of Recruitment
- Computer Science – Software development, data analytics and IT systems
- Communication Engineering – Network design, telecommunications and digital infrastructure
- Business Studies – Strategy, operations and financial analysis
- Human Resource Management – Talent acquisition, employee engagement and organisational development
- Sales & Marketing – Market research, customer relations and brand management
Program Structure
- Duration: 12–24 months
- Rotations: Across relevant departments for broad business exposure
- Training: Technical workshops, soft skills development and leadership seminars
